At STS we put high demands on our teachers/leaders. All have academic education in languages and long experience of teaching. They also go through an extensive special training before the language course begins.

4. STS has 24-hour service 
In our course towns there are leaders and stationary staff at your service 24 hours a day. The leaders also have evening duty on the town. This service is much appreciated by both students and parents.

5. Carefully selected host families
All year round our local staff works with finding nice host families. We do home-screening visits in the families and interview them every year.

Every year youth from 25 different countries choose to go with STS.
